For those times when you have to call people on other networks who haven’t wised up to Freewire’s free phone calls yet, you’ll need some credit in your account. Here are two ways of getting it:
1. Log into My Account and click on Top-Up to buy credit online. We accept most credit and debit cards and you can buy up to £10 of credit in one go.
2. Go to your Student Union shop and buy a Freewire Top-Up card, log on to our Top-Up page and enter your card serial number along with your Freewire ID and PIN. It takes seconds and you can use your credit straightaway.
